You may be asking, "Okay, I now have a BridgeX but would like to take it anywhere you would like with ease".
I am here to answer that question and yes you can have a portable BridgeX aka XYO Network App but this isn't hardware base. The XYO Network App is an application you install on your iOS and/or Android device. Yes you heard that correctly. You can simply install the app on your mobile device and as long you have the app open you can off load your sentinels bound witnesses to the XYO Network App. You can as well bound witness another bridge with the XYO Network App as this is called bound witnessing between two nodes which in our case is two bridges.
If you are interested and want to jump on-board you can do so by going to https://xyo.network/app and install the app depending on what type of mobile device you have.
Once you have the app installed it is very easy to setup. To set the app up you can do as follows:
Open the app and log into the app. a. If on iOS you will be prompted to signup or log into the app. If you are logging into the app it will be the same login as Coin or any other site related to XYO. b. If on Android you will need to click on the person icon located in the top right corner of the screen. When you do this you will be prompted to signup or log into the app. If you are logging into the app it will be the same login as Coin or any other site related to XYO.
Once you have signed into the app all you will need to do is be in range of any of your sentinels/bridges/archivists or any other node in the XYO network. Once you are within range you will start to bound witness with that device and upload the bound witnesses to the XYO Network.
If you are interested in learning more about what you have sent to the XYO Network you can do so by going to https://explore.xyo.network. On this site you can see a heat map of the world which will show all activity within the network and as well see all the bound witnesses you have uploaded to the XYO Network. More about this site will be coming soon. Please keep an eye out for my next article on how to navigate the XYO Explore website.
