As you may already know COIN dev team added the ability to redeem COIN for XYO to be sent to Coinbase while having the ability to avoid the redeemer having to pay gas fees. Below you will find instructions on how to redeem COIN for XYO and send to your Coinbase account.
The option to send to ERC20 (Ethereum) address still exist but you are required to pay gas fees.
Note: You are responsible of making sure you send to the correct withdrawal address.
1. Open CoinApp and let it finish loading your account. If needed, log into your COIN account if app prompts you to do so.
2. Next, tap the Account button.
3. Tap "Redeem Details" button.
4. Tap on the pencil under "Coinbase Email".
5. Enter in your Coinbase email address.
Note: this may or may not match your CoinApp email address. You must use the same email address used to log into your Coinbase account.
6. Tap update button.
7. You will receive an email to confirm Coinbase address. Check you email and validate as long request was made by you and as well has the correct info in the email you received.
8. Once confirmed you can continue with next step.
9. Go back into CoinApp and tap your COIN Balance located on top of your screen.
10. Tap on XYO then tap on "Redeem" button.
11. Tap "Coinbase" button.
12. Select amount of COIN you would like to redeem. (Must meet withdrawal limit requirement)
13. Tap Next.
14. Confirm destination email address. Please verify what is displayed is your correct Coinbase email address. If not follow steps 1-8 above.
15. Tap Next.
16. Confirm amount to be redeemed by tapping on Redeem button.
17. You may receive email to confirm verification process. Make sure to complete this step as it is very important to complete the redeem transaction.
18. Congrats, if all goes well you should see redeem in processing status under "Orders" within the redemption screen. This is the screen where you see all the rewards. Same screen where you tap on your COIN balance.
19. After some time has passed you should receive notification on the order completion.
